This project is part of big library digitization projects taken on behalf of various libraries in India, Europe and USA. The basic work consists of converting scanned JPEG files into MS-Word, one can use any OCR software for conversion or can be done manually.
This work contains numerical and equations which has to be converted using equation editor in MS Word. This project aims at reducing costs of the publishing houses and firms. The project involves conversion of scanned images into WORD format and / or digitization of archives. Scanned images shall be available by the medium of Internet (to be downloaded from our website) and these shall have to be converted into WORD format according to given specifications.
We shall provide the data in PDF / JPEG / TIF format in a software either through Internet monthly. The User shall convert the PDF / JPEG / TIF into the software by typing only. Rate per page Rs 8. Primary Details of the Project is as provided below.

Note: In case of less than 95% accuracy in any slot, user account will automatically be seized without any prior notice.
Requests can be taken for Slot-1 from 25 to 30 of every month
and for Slot-2 from 10 to 15 of every month. Data will be delivered to the
users for Slot-1 from 1 to 5 of every month and for Slot-2 from 10 to 15 of
every month. Download your files within the period. The user has to submit the
completed work in Zip format by e-mail for Slot-1 within 15 of the month and
for Slot-2 within 30 of the month. We will not accept done work in any other
format. In this case user account will be terminated, and we will not be
responsible for this. Mention Registration Number and file name clearly in the
same manner that has been given in Technical Instructions. The processed data
work should be returned under the given time frame, otherwise user account can
be terminated.
Our system will check the accuracy of completed data and all concerned outputs shall be notified about the same through DVR (Data Verification Report) via e-mail.
